Payment Policy for Sky and Earth Retreats:

Thank you for choosing Sky and Earth Retreats for your wellness journey. To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all participants, please review our payment policy outlined below:

Reservation Deposit:

A reservation deposit of 50% of the total retreat price is required to secure your spot on the retreat.
Balance Payment:

The remaining 50% of the retreat price must be paid in full no later than 40 days before the scheduled start date of the retreat.
Payment Methods:

Payments can be made through our secure online payment portal or by contacting our reservations team for alternative payment options.
Late Payments:

Failure to complete the balance payment by the specified deadline (40 days before the retreat) may result in the cancellation of your reservation. In such cases, our standard cancellation policy will apply, and any payments made will be subject to the terms outlined in the cancellation policy.
Payment Confirmation:

Upon successful completion of both the reservation deposit and balance payment, you will receive a confirmation email containing important details about the retreat, including location, schedule, and any additional information you may need.
Refunds:

The reservation deposit is non-refundable. In the event of cancellation within 40 days of the retreat, the entire payment made (including the reservation deposit) is non-refundable, as per our cancellation policy.
Transfer of Registration:

If you are unable to attend the retreat, you may transfer your registration to another individual. Please notify us in writing of the new participant’s name and contact information.
Group Bookings:

For group bookings, the lead participant is responsible for coordinating payments for all participants in the group.
By reserving your spot at Sky and Earth Retreats, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms of this payment policy.
