Cancellation Policy for Sky and Earth Retreats​

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, leading to the need for cancellations. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both our participants and our organization. Please review the following terms:

  1. 100% Return (minus processing fees):

    • Cancellations made 45 days or more before the scheduled start date of the retreat will be eligible for a full refund, minus any applicable processing fees.

  2. 50% Return (minus processing fees):

    • Cancellations made between 30 and 44 days before the scheduled start date of the retreat will be eligible for a 50% refund, minus any applicable processing fees.

  3. No Return:

    • Cancellations made within 30 days of the scheduled start date of the retreat will not be eligible for any refund.

Procedure for Cancellation:

  • All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to [email address].
  • The date of the email will be used to determine the eligibility for a refund based on the above policy.

Processing Fees:

  • A non-refundable processing fee may be deducted from the refund amount to cover administrative costs.

Transfer of Registration:

  • In the event that you are unable to attend the retreat, you may transfer your registration to another individual. Please notify us in writing of the name and contact information of the new participant.

Force Majeure:

  • Sky and Earth Retreats reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the retreat due to unforeseen circumstances or events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, political instability, or other emergencies. In such cases, participants will be offered the option to transfer their registration to a future retreat or receive a full refund.

By registering for a Sky and Earth Retreat, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms of this cancellation policy. We recommend that participants consider travel insurance to protect against unexpected events that may necessitate cancellation.
